The Conservatives have ruled North Somerset for all but 18 months since May 1999.
During that time they have failed to re-develop the Tropicana, abandoned the North Somerset Museum and closed the Maltings Community Centre
The Tories have been in charge of North Somerset for so long, yet the best they can offer for a solution to the queues at J21 is a vague promise something will happen soon.
